I would like to take a minute and explain the advantages Business Vending has over other companies.

©We can be contacted by phone on our 800 numbers we have posted on all the machines. This simplifies everyone’s ability to contact us for any reason.

©We may be contacted by e-mail. Several companies we currently serve love the e-mail system. Some employees at companies, especially engineers, find it much easier to notify us of a problem by e-mail.

©We have a very stable workforce. The newest driver has been with us for two and a half years. In most companies, that is the senior person.

©Our drivers are all uniformed, so you know who it is in your cafeteria.

©We invite you to visit our facility anytime you want. This can be enlightening for a customer.

©Route scheduling is done by computer in order to keep the machines filled and at the same time minimizes our service cost.

©Product rotation is done on a routine basis to satisfy the customer desire for variety, and increase sales of new product introductions.

All vending companies are going to have close to the same product, maybe the same equipment, but never the same level of service. . We only ask an opportunity to show you.

Recently ValueStar certified us with a “Gold Star” rating. This means we are in the top 15% of companies certified in customer satisfaction. Being certified by Valuestar is similar an ISO-9000 qualification.

When we tell you something, it is our word, not a sales persons promise. Our company is based on personalized service from our drivers and office staff. We are a small company and proud of that. If you call in, you talk to someone who knows who you are, not a disinterested party. You become family!
